After a night of indulged in alcohols, finally today my head was so severely painful that I need to have pain killer and sleep for 3 hours in the afternoon. At wake up, the body especial the back was aching. It made me another hour of slow motion so as not to twist the back. I never aware that my body somehow responding so awkwardly to alcohols now as compare to some years ago. It was a lesson learned that I could not be drunk again!

U r not old my friend. U r thinking of all these nonsense simply because you are affected by "star of confusion" that invades the pig's constellation this year. When the weather is hot and dry again, you will progress better. But end of the year raining season will become another difficult period for you. Buzz me if you need help.
