
Recently, there have been countless of sleepness nights; either the mind are loaded with work or "remembering" some old memories. I have to drink some vodka prior to the bed times to ensure at least I can be soundly asleep at least for some hours before the day break.
Most commonly, if not the alcohol, the mind will be "awakened" with some dreams at 3 - 4 am.
Is this a sight of old age? I do not know but I do need for some good sleep now! May be I should get myself drunk!

It's not old age. I'm stressed too. Maybe we can kick a few drinks back together and drown the worry.

May 19, 2008 at 5:01 PMI was once told that if you wake up at 3-4am and the first person you thought of, that will be the one you truly love....kaka. So try to reflect who you thinking of the next time you wake up.
